Job Description

Role Requirements 


Liaise with assigned Sales Lead and evaluate requirements

Identify and source candidates through a variety of methods including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job boards, job fairs, professional directories/groups and social media

Find and cultivate referral sources

Qualify, screen (interview), evaluate and reference check candidates

Identify and cultivate most placeable candidates for pipeline

Perform candidate relationship management  

Edits resumes when applicable

Sourcing (using LinkedIn, Ladders, Dice, social media, etc.), candidate management, interview management and successful offer negotiation

Effectively use ATS system and report KPI's

Experience

A proven recruiting professional with 4-5 years of recruiting experience in the contract staffing industry

Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including: Sourcing (using LinkedIn, Ladders, Dice, social media, etc.), candidate management, interview management and successful offer negotiation

Proven track record in developing and managing a large network of candidates
