What You’ll Do

Your future starts here! The Helpdesk Technician Intern will provide front-line support to our internal customers and work on a variety of technology projects. This is a part time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and maintains the organizational computer system's daily performance.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves urgent technical issues, while responding to help requests in person and by phone.
  • Identifies and escalates complex issues to management.
  • Compiles daily or weekly issues log for management.
  • Installs and repairs computer hardware and software, cleans computers, and runns diagnostic programs
  • Writes user manuals and trains staff as needed.
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a degree in an IT field or a combination of experience and IT certifications
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Chrome OS, Microsoft Windows, and VMWare Horizon is a plus, but not required.
