Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and resource needs while managing financial aspects effectively.
  • Identify and address project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate communication between business leaders and project teams to achieve strategic alignment.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, results-driven environment.
  • Enhance project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of professional experience, with 5-10 years in IT project management.
