Location: Mora, Minnesota (Multi Site Manufacturing Environment)
An established manufacturing and packaging organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and corporate offices. This full time leadership opportunity offers responsibility for Microsoft 365, ERP platforms, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and overall IT strategy while supporting critical business operations.
This role is ideal for a technology leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands on technical work. The organization is investing in technology modernization and operational improvements, creating an opportunity for someone to influence key business decisions, implement new solutions, strengthen cybersecurity, and improve overall operational performance. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of IT leadership or IT management experience
Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or production environments
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Network infrastructure and systems administration expertise
