Job description

Advanced Surgical Technologist (CST) - Step Into the OR in Brownsdale, Minnesota
Step into the operating room where your precision, focus, and skill help save lives every single day. As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), you'll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing surgical team in one of the most respected healthcare communities in the country. From prepping instruments and managing sterile fields to assisting surgeons during critical procedures, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering excellent patient care from the first incision to the final suture.
In this full-time role, you'll prepare each operating room by setting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and equipment based on the procedure at hand.
During surgeries, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with surgeons-passing instruments, anticipating needs, and keeping everything running smoothly in a sterile, controlled environment. Equipment checks and maintenance will be part of your daily rhythm, and after each case, you'll help with cleanup and get instruments ready for sterilization and reprocessing.
To succeed here, you'll need to be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program and hold a current CST certification through NBSTSA or equivalent. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and stays calm when things move fast.
Experience in the OR is a plus, but if you're newly certified and ready to learn, you'll have mentorship and support to help you grow.
You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
We offer flexible shift options, generous paid time off, and career development opportunities to help you keep moving forward.
And when your shift is over, you'll find yourself in Brownsdale, Minnesota-a city known for world-class healthcare, peaceful parks, and strong Midwestern charm. Whether you're unwinding along a riverfront trail, exploring the local food scene, or catching a quiet moment in one of the city's green spaces, Brownsdale offers the perfect balance of innovation and serenity.
If you're ready to bring your talent to a team that values precision, purpose, and teamwork, apply today and help us deliver excellence in every surgical moment here in Brownsdale, Minnesota.
