We are seeking a Forms Accessibility Tester to join our team. This role will involve testing forms for accessibility, identifying issues, and providing remediation recommendations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accessibility testing, WCAG compliance, and the use of assistive technologies to validate accessibility standards for web forms.

Job Title: Forms Accessibility Tester
Location: Metro Atlanta, GA (Candidate must be local)
Duration: Part-time, November 2025 – April 2026 (4 hours per day, 5–6 months depending on start date)
 

Job Description:

  • Review and test web forms across browsers and devices for compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Levels A and AA).
  • Use assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Adobe Acrobat) to validate accessibility of interactive form elements.
  • Identify and document issues related to keyboard navigation, focus order, labels, ARIA usage, color contrast, and error handling.
  • Provide clear remediation recommendations aligned with WCAG success criteria.
  • Create detailed bug reports with severity, user impact, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into the form design process.
  • Evaluate form-related code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ARIA attributes).
  • Retest after fixes to confirm accessibility issues are resolved and business logic remains functional.
  • Stay updated on accessibility standards, ADA/508 regulations, and evolving best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience testing or guiding accessibility for forms/documents in compliance with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG guidelines.
  • Proficiency with accessibility testing tools (Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, ANDI, Color Contrast Analyzer).
  • Hands-on experience with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
  • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 success criteria for form elements.
  • Ability to evaluate and understand JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ARIA attributes.
  • Strong communication skills and detail-oriented documentation of findings.

Preferred/Additional Skills:

  • IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
  • IAAP CPACC certification.
  • Familiarity with legal accessibility requirements (ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549).
  • Experience working in government compliance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident.
  • Must be local to Metro Atlanta, GA.
  • Must provide a Tax Clearance Letter at submission.
  • Background check, fingerprinting, and Georgia tax compliance required.
