Job Description
Understand client's business model, organizational structure and unique needs.
Develop capability to sell our portfolio in the areas of Collaboration (UC, Telepresence, Contact Center), Dynamic Data Center (Virtualization, UCS, Storage), Network Foundation (Route/Switch, Wireless, Security), Integrated Maintenance and Professional services.
Execute sales strategies to generate product gross profit, professional service revenue and maintenance revenue while maintaining high customer loyalty.
As sales leader, coordinate and lead the efforts to deliver clear Statements of Work as part of our services engagement methodology
Build strong partnerships with vendor partners - Cisco, EMC, NetApp and VMWare
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in the high-tech industry with relevant experience in demand generation and new account acquisition
Experience in consultative, solution selling to mid/large size clients involving complex sales cycles and multiple organizational levels.
Strong record of sales performance in a competitive environment
Ability to qualify opportunities, obtain customer commitments and negotiate profitable contracts.
Strong market knowledge of clients, partners and competition. Ideal candidate will have established customer and key partner relationships.
Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Adept at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Ability to travel as needed within territory.
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology discipline.
