Territory Sales Manager - Northern California/Pacific Northwest

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager whose primary focus is selling capital equipment and advanced technology solutions, including labeling systems, print-and-apply systems, RFID solutions, coding and marking technologies, and related identification solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in equipment sales who are interested in expanding their expertise into labeling and identification solutions, with training provided.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across a defined territory covering Northern California (San Francisco and north), Oregon, and Washington. You will focus on developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to position complex equipment solutions that deliver measurable value to customers.

Location Requirement
Candidates must reside within the Northern California, Oregon or Washington territory to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with a focus on capital equipment and technology solutions.
