What you'll do:

Retail sales & customer engagement: As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. You'll promote high-speed internet, Xfinity Mobile, home security solutions, cable television services, voice services, and smart home products. Sales responsibilities include presenting and selling Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers, building value around products and service packages, identifying customer needs and recommending customized solutions, upselling and cross-selling services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals, executing proven sales closing techniques, maintaining product knowledge and staying current on industry trends. Customer service responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, resolving customer concerns professionally, achieving high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), creating a welcoming and engaging retail environment. Team & store responsibilities include collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals, maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards, participating in ongoing training and development, supporting company initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, ability to stand for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
