Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for an Infrastructure UAT & Relocation Project Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Dallas, TX. This role requires onsite presence 4 days per week.
This role supports a large-scale office relocation program and is responsible for ensuring technology readiness across infrastructure services. The position focuses heavily on UAT strategy, execution, and validation across multiple IT domains to ensure seamless transition of business operations with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery and testing plans
  • Determine and drive UAT strategy for infrastructure services supporting business relocations
  • Develop UAT plans for business-area relocations to support structured testing and minimize disruption
  • Execute UAT activities and lead issue identification, escalation, and resolution coordination for user migrations
  • Validate hardware and technology services against agreed deliverables following migration/relocation, including network, end-user computing, telephony (including Trader Voice), audio-visual, and physical security services
  • Coordinate (matrix-manage) cross-functional technology teams to deliver requirements and support successful user testing
  • Provide project management support, including clear, concise status reporting for the relocation program
  • Use Excel and other tools to analyze requirements and report delivery status for testing, implementation, and validation
  • Manage assigned workstreams within the physical relocation program, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, internal controls, information security requirements, and the enterprise delivery framework
  • Support the coordinated relocation of users, technology services, and associated equipment to meet project timelines
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Infrastructure Delivery, or Project Coordination roles
  • Proven experience owning and executing UAT for infrastructure, migration, or deployment initiatives
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including network, end-user computing, telephony, AV, and security
  • Experience supporting office relocations, technology deployments, or large-scale infrastructure migrations
  • Strong coordination, issue management, and escalation skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
  • Experience creating status reports and presenting updates to stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
  • Financial services preferred
  • Experience with business continuity management
  • Experience supporting and maintaining change management policies
