Radiologic Technologist Opportunity โ€“ Medford, Oregon

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Days / Swing Shifts

A leading healthcare system in Southern Oregon is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for a permanent, full-time role at a 370-bed Level II Trauma Center in Medford. This position offers competitive compensation, advanced imaging technology, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a high-acuity hospital environment.

Position Overview

Permanent, full-time role

40 hours per week

Acute care hospital setting

370-bed Level II Trauma Center

30-bed Emergency Department

EPIC electronic medical record system

Relocation assistance available

Sign-on bonus available

Shift Details

Full-time days or swing shifts

Schedule options include:

Saturdayโ€“Tuesday, 11:30 AM โ€“ 10:00 PM

Wednesdayโ€“Saturday, 10:00 AM โ€“ 8:30 PM

Weekend coverage required

No call required

Additional shift differentials available for swing, night, and weekend hours

Compensation & Incentives

Pay range: $33.91 โ€“ $46.63/hr

Annual salary range: $70,532.80 โ€“ $96,990.40

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures for emergency, inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and fluoroscopy patients

Work with patients across all age groups, from infants through geriatrics

Perform portable imaging and operating room procedures

Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining efficiency and patient safety

Operate fluoroscopy equipment and assist with procedural imaging

Document imaging procedures within EPIC

Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and support staff

Maintain radiation safety and quality assurance standards

Requirements

ARRT Certification (Required)

BLS Certification (Required)

OBMI Oregon license (Required)

Minimum 3 years of radiology experience

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment

Strong image quality and patient care skills
