Job description

Hiring! TA Recruiter for a 5 month + contract located Baltimore, MD. Candidate will be required to travel onsite 3x a month - candidate should reside with in a commutable distance to Baltimore, MD.

IT Recruiter needed to provide year-end support for a high-volume hiring initiative. The role is hybrid, primarily focused on clinical/health services recruiting, with potential expansion into IT, operations, and finance.

Job requirement:

  • Must have 3 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong experience Managing 30+ requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience with STARS, risk adjustment, and quality recruiting or terminology
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners
  • Working with the Compensation team
  • Negotiating offers
  • Managing the recruiting process from intake through hire
  • PeopleSoft preferred but any ATS experience acceptable
  • Proactive, relationship-builder, strong communicator, self-starter
