Summerlin Hospital is a 496-bed hospital featuring emergency services; a busy maternity department with an average of 450 deliveries per month; a Childrens Medical Center with a NICU, a pediatric ICU and separate pediatric ER; advanced cardiovascular care, surgical services, womens health, and oncology care. Summerlin Hospital is an accredited Chest Pain with PCI facility and a Primary Stroke Center and has received multiple awards from the American Heart Association Get with the Guidelines program.

Job Description:

Assist Cardiologist in Performing Diagnostic and Interventional procedures.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education:

Graduate from an approved school in Radiologic Technology.

Experience:

A minimum of two years prior Cath Lab and or Radiographer experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Demonstrate knowledge and experience in cardiovascular procedures.

License/Certification:

Current AART Licensure. Non-Radiologic Technologist must have active certification with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as an (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or (RCES) Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist. Has or will obtain Nevada State fluorography license. Current certification in Interventional Angiography preferred. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification.

Other:

Must be able to demonstrate commitment and adherence to Compliance Program and Code of conduct through compliance and with all policies and procedures, the Code of conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue (s) to the Compliance Officer.
