Job Title:  Product Marketing Spec II

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay rate: $54.35/hr. on W2(without benefits)

 

Position Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager Fullpath Integrations will lead cross-brand product marketing efforts supporting the integration of Fullpath capabilities across portfolio of solutions.

This role serves as the central point of coordination between Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Business Office (SBO), and other cross-functional teams to ensure new integrations are successfully brought to market with clear messaging, effective enablement, and coordinated communications.

This individual is a highly organized project leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.

They will drive marketing readiness for integration releases by coordinating messaging, content development, sales enablement, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment across multiple product brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership
  • Serve as the product marketing lead for Fullpath integration initiatives across multiple brands.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand integration roadmaps, feature development, release timing, and customer value.
  • Coordinate work across Product Marketing Managers representing each product brand to ensure consistent positioning and messaging.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between Product, Product Marketing, Sales Business Office, and other go-to-market stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables required for successful integration launches.

Go-to-Market Readiness

  • Develop and maintain integrated launch plans for new product capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities to ensure sales, support, customer success, and marketing teams are prepared for launches.
  • Ensure all stakeholder groups have visibility into upcoming releases, messaging updates, and required deliverables.
  • Track launch milestones and proactively identify risks or blockers.

Sales Enablement & Communications

  • Partner with the Sales Business Office to develop enablement strategies and training plans.
  • Create or coordinate the development of:
  • Sales talk tracks
  • Battlecards
  • FAQ documents
  • Release communications
  • Internal announcements
  • Customer-facing communications
  • Presentation materials
  • Training content
  • Ensure sales teams understand new capabilities, positioning, and customer value.

Messaging & Content Development

  • Translate technical product functionality into clear customer value propositions.
  • Collaborate with brand Product Marketing Managers to develop messaging aligned with each product's market positioning.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing assets supporting product launches and feature releases.
  • Maintain consistency across brands while accounting for each product's unique audience and use cases.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead recurring cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability across multiple teams to keep launch activities on schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications - Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, or a related go-to-market role.
  • Experience managing cross-functional product launch initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and customer-facing messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Experience working with CRM, automotive technology, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and Sales Enablement organizations.
  • Background in agile product development or release management.
