Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation / Martech Specialist with 2โ€“4 years of experience in marketing automation, Martech operations, or CRM execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cordial, strong knowledge of audience segmentation and campaign execution, and the ability to work with marketing, data, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and documentation of audience segmentation logic in partnership with data teams.
  • Run basic SQL queries in Snowflake to validate audience counts, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure targeting accuracy.
  • Build and configure modular email templates, including Cordial Sculpt blocks, reusable components, and dynamic personalization.
  • Translate marketing business requirements into structured technical requirements and workflow documentation.
  • Assist with building and maintaining customer journey templates and personalization frameworks for lifecycle campaigns such as Welcome, Post-Purchase, and Reactivation.
  • Support campaign execution, QA, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with IT and Data teams to validate integrations, triggers, data feeds, and data quality.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices to improve platform adoption.
  • Support Martech platform transitions and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Martech Operations, CRM, or related areas.
  • Hands-on experience with Cordial is required.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting logic.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying Snowflake.
  • Experience with campaign execution, QA, personalization, and journey management.
  • Strong documentation and process-management skills.
  • Ability to translate marketing requirements into actionable technical and data requirements.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable learning new platforms and processes quickly.
