Infrastructure Manager | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

  • CFS is supporting a great client in the manufacturing space as they look to grow their IT Team. This role will be pivotal in modernizing their infrastructure and driving change through the organization.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

  • Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 + Bonus
  • PTO: Up to 15 days starting

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

  • Lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure
  • Manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators
  • Maintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization)
  • Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to date
  • Partner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure, including 2+ years in a management or technical lead role
  • Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, Windows Server/Active Directory, and hybrid cloud (Azure/M365)
  • Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems
