Position Overview

As an entry- to intermediate-level digital Sales Account Executive, you will contribute to the sales team's revenue growth and new business development.This role will be assigned to either the KSL Homes or KSL Classifieds team. We are seeking someone who will employ a consultative, data-driven approach to cultivate relationships with prospective clients, such as property managers, home builders, real estate professionals, dealerships, retailers, and other businesses looking to expand their reach through digital advertising. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client retention, and contribute to businesses' growth through effective online advertising.

  • This position is an hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Salt Lake City site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management. Employee may need to be on-site during the training period.

What You Will Do:

Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Hunt and develop new business and grow existing business
  • Generate new business through persistent focus on new client development and strategic sourcing
  • Prospect and identify marketing revenue opportunities, create sales packages, present to clients, and close the sale.
  • Create holistic digital marketing solutions with the ability to manipulate and calculate pricing structures utilizing CPM (cost per thousand) and CPC (cost per click)
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly budgets
  • Fully participate in company CRM (Client Relationship Management) system
  • Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

  • 1-4 years of inside sales/outside sales
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role
  • Passion for professional excellence and integrity with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically prospect new business, overcome objections, and have courage to ask again
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret statistical data and draw conclusions from finding and follow-through
  • Ability and willingness to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments
  • A high level of proficiency with computers, software, and new technologies
  • A valid driver's license
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to handle stress.
  • Ability to consistently work hours required. Works more when required to meet deadlines including weekends, evenings, etc.

  • Maintain positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management and clients
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe acrobat.

Physical Demands

Compensation

The compensation for this role is commission-focused.Base salary range for this role is $42,000-$52,000, excluding commission payments. Base salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to product, evaluation of the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
