Position Overview:
The CT Technologist performs radiologic and computed tomography procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes. This role requires independent judgment and expertise in handling imaging equipment while delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting a range of technical procedures using ionizing radiation to create cross-sectional images for diagnostic evaluation
  • Preparing patient rooms, equipment, supplies, and contrast media
  • Performing procedures independently while applying professional judgment and initiative
  • Providing age-appropriate care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Collaborating with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure quality service
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Utah Radiologic Technologist License, ARRT Computed Tomography Certification and Registration
  • Certification: BLS Certification (required within six months of hire)
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Diagnostic and CT Technologist preferred
