Job description

Position: Surgical Tech (Cardiothoracic)
Location: Carbondale, IL
Pay scale: $2,042 - $2,142/week
Shift: Day


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the operating room by ensuring it's sterile and has all necessary instruments and supplies.
  • Sterilize and organize surgical instruments before surgery.
  • Assist in positioning the patient on the operating table and prepare them for surgery.
  • Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during the procedure.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and monitor the surgical field.


Requirements:

  • Required: BLS, CST
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
