As a Lead Engineering Tech here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical engineering activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions. You will provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams while collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet project objectives and drive innovation.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations by leading technical efforts, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards, thereby contributing to the overall success of Honeywell Aerospace's projects and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate technical engineering activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineering teams to enhance skills and improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering technical roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, project execution, and quality assurance processes
  • Proficient in engineering software tools and technologies relevant to the role, including CAD software, data analysis tools, and project management applications to ensure efficient project delivery and technical accuracy
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in engineering projects
