Dates of Coverage: Dec. 26th & 27th, Feb. 3rd - 7th, Feb. 17th - 21st, March 24th - 28th. One week/month would also work!
Practice Setting: Hospital based - OP mammography
Average Number of Cases Per Day: 60 - depending on the case type.
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Number of Exam Rooms: 3
Number of Radiologists in Practice: 9
Description of Support Staff: Mammography Technologists, Director, Receptionists, IT, PACS
Do You Use Teleradiology?: Yes, but not for Mammography
Patient Age Demographic: adult, geriatric
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months if MA licensed
Facility will reimburse for the following: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car
