Monday - Thursday
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday
7:00 am - 1:30 pm

8:00 am - 2:30 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Perform daily clerical tasks requiring attention to detail, including:
    • Accounting functions
    • Agent commission processing
    • FTP data file transfers
  • Assist with end-of-month and year-end processing, which may require late hours
  • Operate and support Pitney Bowes hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot basic computer hardware and printing issues
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Learn and adapt to new software and system functionalities
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and varied shifts, as needed
  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
