Preferred

At least 4+ years of experience in Design, development and implementation of J2EE applications with expertise in the following mandatory areas:

At least 4 years of experience in Requirements Analysis, Requirements Gathering in a client facing role for US based Financial Services clients

Perform as a single point of contact for the client for the development and implementation of technical modules.

Good analytical and communication skills

Expertise in SDLC lifecycle stages, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management

Experience in Agile methodology development

Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.

Good Technical skills

Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills

Experience of having lead a team

Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications

Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
