Zeno Group – Senior Account Supervisor, Earned Media (Tech Communications)

Senior Account Supervisor – earned media at Zeno is responsible for creating, pitching, and securing top-tier media coverage across tech and mainstream outlets. The role requires a track record of storytelling, a robust media contact list, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while balancing client and agency expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media strategy and storytelling for tech clients.
  • Pitch ideas and secure coverage in national, local, broadcast, print, and digital outlets.
  • Maintain and expand a strong roster of tech media contacts, including consumer, general, and B2B channels.
  • Educate agency colleagues on earned‑media best practices and emerging media trends.
  • Monitor and analyze media landscape to identify opportunities and measure impact.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of agency or in‑house experience with emphasis on tech media.
  • Proven ability to secure interviews and coverage across a wide range of media formats.
  • Strong conceptualization skills for “mediable” stories and quick decision‑making.
  • Excellent writing, editorial, and presentation skills for clients and senior leaders.
  • Multi‑tasking ability to juggle multiple client projects and internal priorities.
  • Forward‑thinking perspective on the future of earned media.
Pay Range

$100,000–$120,000 USD per year, variable based on education, experience, geography, and performance. The salary is part of a broader compensation package that may include bonuses and benefits.
