Open Hearts Mental Health Center, PLLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans addressing the unique needs of each client and their families. Actively track progress and adjust approaches as necessary.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing software to promote a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Guide clients through identifying and confronting feelings and behaviors, using evidence-based techniques and coping strategies that empower positive change.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that encompasses both mental and physical health considerations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, life transitions, and pain management. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current active LMFT license in good standing.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a demonstrated history of effective client interactions.
  • Strong proficiency in using computers and telehealth platforms; familiarity with video-conferencing software is essential.
  • Solid understanding of therapeutic principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating mental health and relationship issues.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a telemedicine setting, providing remote counseling services.
  • Skilled in utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to assess treatment efficacy and client progress.
  • Knowledge of integrative therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
