Job Summary
  • General upkeep of building and/or structures internally and externally.
  • Ensure proper sanitation procedures are utilized throughout the building.
  • Maintain operating condition within the maintenance department.
  • Consult and be an additional point of contact with outside vendors for any maintenance needs.
  • Run errands for parts and supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure company compliance with state and federal codes and laws.
  • Requires knowledge of basic hand tools.
  • Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
  • Ensure safe operations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Requires knowledge of Maintenance facilities/equipment practices and procedures.
