Get to Know Your Team: 

  • BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo’s preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity.
Responsibilities:
  • This position is responsible for obtaining high-quality MRI studies.
  • Must be able to start IVs effectively and consistently.
  • In this position, the employee will be required to administer IV contrast.
  • Will be responsible for daily QC on equipment.
  • Must adhere to Diagnostic Imaging polices and procedures.
Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Radiology.
  • Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT).

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist/Nuclear (ARRT(N)) and/or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) (if both are declared, both must be current).

  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARMDS).

  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • One (1) year related experience.
