Job Description:

Surgical Tech - Outpatient Surgery

$15,000 sign on bonus for eligible candidates!

Full-time, 6:45a - 3:15p

9 days worked per pay period

8 hours shifts with rotating assigned late days

Job Description:

  • The surgical technologist is a technically trained person who functions as a member of the surgical team and performs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in the Operating Room.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist program required.

  • Good clinical, organizational, communication, customer service and critical thinking skills required.

  • Ability to work in a stressful environment required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Surgical Technology preferred.

  • Recent experience as a surgical tech in an Acute Care facility preferred.

  • BLS preferred upon hire; required within 90 days.
