Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Braze is seeking an Information Technology Associate to join our team to provide technical assistance to our employees. This role will involve fulfilling requests at our service desk. Common support requests include provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts and hardware. Support macOS and iOS hardware and printer configuration/troubleshooting. We also expect this position to be able to support basic network connectivity at our office, conduct audits of conference room equipment and ordering and maintaining an inventory of IT assets. This position will require being in the office 5 days per week (with occasional travel to other office locations).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment
  • Provide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment and supporting live events
  • While you are working a standard work shift, you will be supporting other remote offices in different time zones during your shift
  • Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace
  • Supporting new employee onboarding sessions
  • Write knowledge base how-to articles to support and educate employees
  • Manage our deployed computers, and mobile devices via Kandji and Google MDM
  • Manage the procurement of IT hardware and software
  • Basic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks
WHO YOU ARE
  • 3-5 years of providing technical support
  • A self-starter ability to multitask, prioritize issues based on severity and work independently
  • Maintains high attention to detail and follows a task to completion
  • Approach users' issues with empathy
  • Ability to communicate clearly with users directly via email, chat, and video conferencing
  • Demonstrate excellent writing skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and administer Apple computers and mobile devices
  • Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks
  • Experience with Google Meet and Zoom device configuration and troubleshooting

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $71,000 and $79,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $79,000 and $87,800/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Â
