Job Description

In this role you will: Partner with business stakeholders to translate high level business requirements into detailed business/process functional specification in order to implement a technological solution for projects or processes of low/moderate complexity. Collaborate with cross functional teams (ISG, JDIS Dealer Solutions, MKC, and IKC) to ensure alignment on project timelines, requirements, application dependencies, integration testing, etc Addresses end user process questions for processes that have been implemented, provides process/system break/fix support, and implements process/system enhancements of moderate complexity. 

Qualifications

Within Pega, be able to perform system configuration, system testing, end user training Collaborate with the Memor-E project manager and business sponsors to prioritize IT work, and develop future project timelines, based on business needs. 

Required Skills: 

-Pega technical skills, proven experience working in the Pega solution (Ideally Pega SSA cert)

 -Knowledge with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) 

-Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, including SOAP/REST web services

 -Agile knowledge and ability to manage the team backlog of work

 -Ability to collaborate globally; early morning or late evening meetings; flexible work arrangements
