Role and Responsibilities:


    Primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

    Address Technology Advisor inquiries via e-mail or phone
    Address inquiries for internal teams via e-mail or phone
    Perform cable site qualification via CableFinder or Supplier processes
    Cable Deal Registration management
    Provide Cable quotes and contracts to Technology Advisors
    Scrub Cable contracts for completeness and accuracy
    Coordinate contract signature according to Supplier requirements
    Attend Cable Supplier/Technology Advisor Trainings and ongoing relationship development
    Become proficient in pricing activities for Cable suppliers
    Salesforce quote and contract management
    Transition orders in Salesforce to Order Support upon executed contract or completed order documents
    1st level Cable escalation for pricing and contract requests


    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

        • High school diploma or equivalent
        • Excellent organizational skills
        • Excellent customer service skills
        • Ability to be resilient to change
        • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
        • Ability to work in a remote team environment
        • Familiar with computer basics and a working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint)
