About the Role
We're seeking a motivated, competitive sales professional to join our Business Technology Sales team. This hybrid role combines the sale of Managed IT Services, and image & print technology to help organizations improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has experience in consultative B2B sales, enterprise account management, and business technology solutions. You will work with both prospective and existing customers to understand their operational challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver customized technology solutions that meet their business objectives.
As a trusted advisor, you'll build strong relationships with decision-makers, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance are required, as client visits are a regular part of this role. A company vehicle will be provided for this position.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Prospecting
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media platforms, online research, and in-person visits.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers by understanding their business goals, technology needs, and purchasing processes.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM management.
  • Aggressively pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

Consultative Sales & Account Management
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess customer needs related to IT services, software, hardware, cloud solutions, and image & print technologies.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align customer goals with tailored business technology solutions.
  • Present compelling proposals and value-driven recommendations that address customer challenges and deliver measurable business results.
  • Guide executive-level decision-makers through the buying process by demonstrating how our solutions support their strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted technology advisor.

Strategic Growth & Collaboration
  • Expand opportunities within existing accounts by identifying additional technology and service needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to develop comprehensive solutions and ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Lead account strategies that combine tactical execution and long-term planning to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Sales Performance & Administration
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, opportunities, forecasts, and activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • Participate in customer strategic planning discussions and business reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
Required
  • 1-3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:

  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach.

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Preferred
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Knowledge of both IT and image & print technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
