Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Processing: Manage billing, disbursements, and invoices; perform data entry; ensure accuracy in figures, coding, taxes, and discounts.
  • Documentation & Auditing: Review records and documents for completeness and policy compliance; reconcile discrepancies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Travel Coordination: Process and coordinate in-state and out-of-state travel requests and reimbursements.
  • Communications & Support: Provide administrative support; draft correspondence and reports; research and resolve inquiries regarding policy and procedures.

What You'll Bring
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in general accounting coupled with an interest in the accounting field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Preferences
  • An Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing a range of financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, billing, disbursements, and audit research.
