• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards, ensuring ethical practice and patient safety.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification, to be achieved by the time of hire.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication abilities, both orally and in writing, with a commitment to patient confidentiality.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in sports medicine or rehabilitation.
