We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Assistant Team Lead to support daily operations, develop team members, and help deliver a Five-Star guest experience.
This role is ideal for a hospitality, retail, salon, or spa professional who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating a positive, high-performing workplace.
What You'll Do
  • Support daily salon and spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Assist with team scheduling, onboarding, training, and development

Required Qualifications
- Previous salon/spa or retail experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, product and service offerings, including pricing and benefits
