In this position, you will work closely with clients, guiding them through the complex processes of purchasing, selling, and investing in real estate. Your expertise and support will be crucial in ensuring seamless and successful transactions from beginning to end. Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring homes
  • Deliver thorough, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients' home search preferences
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
  • Participate actively in team events and initiatives as required
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
