Job Description
The Enterprise Family YMCA is seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching dance to a variety of age groups and skill levels, fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging dance classes for children, teens, and adults.
  • Create lesson plans that accommodate different skill levels and promote skill development.
  • Encourage a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Organize and coordinate dance recitals, performances, and special events.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and progress records for students.
  • Collaborate with YMCA staff to promote dance programs and community involvement.
