Half-time Preschool Teacher at Meadow Ridge Elementary for 2026-2027
Location:   Lochbuie, CO
Qualifications:



  • Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Teaching License with appropriate endorsement preferred
  • Colorado Department of Early Childhood Education Teacher credential required if CDE Teaching license is not held
  • Bachelor's Degree rpreferred
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Salary/Benefits:

  • CDE licensed teacher: $27,000.00; Non-CDE licensed teacher: $20,250 or higher per 2026-2027 Licensed Salary Schedule  Placement based upon education and experience, may receive up to 10 years credit for work within the past 13 years. Salary prorated based on start date and schedule.
  • Automatic enrollment into Colorado PERA
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance per district policy
  • Employee Assistance Program

Work Schedule:

  • Half-time, Monday-Friday. Approximately 20-23 hours/week.
  • 183 contract days, 3 additional days for New Teacher Orientation
  • New teacher orientation (tentatively) scheduled for July 27-29, 2025
