As a Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll train and mentor new teammates, sharing your knowledge, strategies, and insights to help them succeed. At the same time, you'll build relationships with clients and provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect families and businesses. Your Mission

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and clients

  • Conduct individual and group presentations (150+ attendees) to deliver tailored solutions

  • Mentor and support new team members, helping them develop skills and confidence

  • Manage appointments, follow-ups, and schedules with professionalism and precision

  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve team and personal goals
