About the Roleย
As a Lunchtime Teaching Assistant, you'll support children during lunchtime routines, helping to create a positive, calm and enjoyable experience.ย
You will:ย
- Support childrenย duringย mealtimes, encouraging independence and good eating habitsย
- Help createย a calm and nurturing environment during lunch and transition timesย
- Assistย with supervising children indoors and outdoorsย
- Support children's wellbeing,ย comfortย and emotional needsย
- Work closely withย the team toย maintainย routinesย ย
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety and hygieneย

Whatย we'reย looking forย
Youย don'tย needย previousย nursery experience -ย we'llย provide the training you need.ย You'llย need to be caring, reliable and enjoy working with children and as part of a team.ย
You will:ย
- Have a genuine interest in working with childrenย
- Be friendly,ย patientย and supportiveย
- Enjoy working as part of a teamย
- Reliable and motivated to learn new skillsย
- Ideally, some experience working with children (formal or informal)ย
- Basic understanding of child development or early years (desirable)ย
Most importantly, you bring kindness, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.ย
