Job Description
This is more than just a daycare job. It's a journey, where you learn, grow, thrive-and play-every day. Being an Aide at a child care center is something special. The Teacher Aide will support the Teachers and Assistant Teachers to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision and effective implementation of Learning Care Group's Education Value Proposition.
Teacher Aides:
  • Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
  • Help! Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.
  • Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
  • Learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Job Qualifications:
  • Meets state licensing requirements for working in a school
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
  • Experience working with children in some capacity preferred
  • We will train!
