Their duties often include assisting students with coursework, preparing teaching materials, supervising students, and helping manage classroom behavior. Teacher associates play a vital role in creating a positive and effective learning environment, often working with small groups or individual students who need extra support. They are typically employed in preschools, elementary, and secondary schools, and may work with special education students as well.
