Job description

Studio Three is seeking a passionate, organized, and community-minded leader to oversee Studio Three’s Yoga Teacher Training program. The YTT Program Manager brings together the art and science of yoga education, blending curriculum coordination, instructor leadership, and student support to deliver an inspiring and transformative training experience. What You’ll Do 

Program Leadership & Execution
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program from planning and curriculum design to successful delivery and evaluation
- Submit and manage a comprehensive program budget, including lead and assistant instructor compensation, hourly allocations, and material costs to ensure program profitability and efficiency.
- Manage the YTT calendar, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth facilitation of all sessions                                   
Curriculum & Content
- Build and maintain a comprehensive facilitator guide aligned with the established curriculum and teacher manual 
- Support lead instructors in adapting and evolving training modules to enhance comprehension and engagement.
- Coordinate homework assignments, projects, and learning labs to ensure student comprehension and engagement

Instructor Scheduling & Coordination 
- Schedule and manage lead and assistant instructors, ensuring clarity of roles and strong communication across all sessions 
- Mentor and support leads and assistants to uphold the integrity, energy, and professionalism of the program 
- Maintain clarity and consistency in Studio Three’s teaching philosophy, ensuring all instructors embody the studio’s approach to movement, mindfulness, and community.

Student Experience & Development
- Be the main point of contact for trainees throughout the YTT journey, providing guidance, clarity and encouragement
- Track attendance, homework, and progress to ensure each trainee meets all program requirements
- Lead mentorship beyond YTT, shaping advanced training and continuing education offerings.
- Oversee the teacher development pipeline, offering mentorship, hands-on adjustment training, class planning and sequencing support, and audition preparation to cultivate a well-prepared pool of future Studio Three instructors.

Program Administration 
- Manage registration, inquiries, and administrative processes with accuracy and care
- Maintain records for compliance and Yoga Alliance standards 
- Partner with leadership and marketing to promote new program launches, info sessions and events
- Manage make-up sessions and oversee the collection of all certification requirements, including any materials submitted post-program (within the six-month completion window).

Sales & Marketing Partnership 
Collaborate with Studio Three’s marketing team to build awareness and drive enrollment
Support sales efforts, including student recruitment, info sessions, and follow-ups with prospective trainees.

- A passionate, seasoned yoga educator with a minimum 500 E- RYT certification (verified by the Yoga Alliance) with a deep understanding of the principles and practice

Role Structure 
- This is a hybrid role that blends program leadership and teaching presence. The ideal candidate will: 
- Be available to lead the majority of the 200 contact hours (over a 12 week program)
- Serve as both program manager and lead educator, maintaining direct connection to trainees and instructors
