Job description

Pear Bloom Farm (*Garden Coffee& Bev Bar) – Hood River, Oregon

Pear Bloom Farm is looking for an energetic and hospitality-focused Barista & Customer Service Associate to serve guests at our garden coffee bar while helping create a welcoming farm experience. www.pearbloomfarm.com

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
  • Provide warm, attentive customer service to farm visitors
  • Operate Square POS for beverage and retail sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas
  • Assist guests with information about the farm, events, and U-Pick experiences
  • Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

  • Previous barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Weekend availability preferred
