Position Summary

The Tea Barista prepares high-quality tea beverages, delivers attentive guest service, and maintains a clean, efficient workstation. This role requires strong product knowledge, consistent recipe execution, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare tea drinks according to standardized recipes, including accurate steep times, water temperatures, and build procedures.
  • Operate the register, handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and follow all cash handling controls.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all bar and frontofhouse work areas.
  • Manage time effectively to keep drink production flowing during peak periods.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate any shortages to management.
  • Follow all foodsafety and sanitation guidelines, including proper cleaning and equipment care.
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and smooth shift operations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
  • Adapt quickly to changing demands and maintain composure in a highvolume environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Chinese bilingual highly preferred
  • Prior barista or beverageproduction experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to recipe consistency.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team setting.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
