Job Description
Join our passionate team as a Matcha Sourcer! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing premium matcha from top producers and ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. You will cultivate relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and stay updated on matcha market trends. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable about Japanese tea culture and fluent in Japanese to facilitate direct communication with Japanese growers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate matcha suppliers, primarily in Japan
