TDECU is searching for a strategic, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to lead an integrated growth strategy and strengthen its market position. This executive will drive sustainable, ethical, and compliant growth across membership, accounts, deposits, loans, and member relationships. The Chief Revenue Officer will unify sales, marketing, lending, branch and digital-channel strategies, member experience, and community engagement to achieve measurable results. Drawing on market, financial, and member insights, the successful candidate will identify opportunities, set short- and long-term objectives, and lead high-performing teams accountable for execution. This visible leader will advance cross-selling, operational efficiency, talent development, and trusted relationships with members, community partners, and key stakeholders. A bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is required; a masterโ€™s degree or relevant executive education is preferred. Significant leadership experience in financial services, revenue growth, sales, marketing, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
