Develop and guide a strong Leadership team and team atmosphere within the TCW Companies, that demonstrates a strong and unwavering commitment to safety, including the ability to prioritize and support safety throughout the organization while maintaining the integrity of the TCW safety initiatives and programs while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and ethical conduct by working closely with customers and the TCW Marketing and Sales team resulting in an organizational structure and bottom line that are vibrant / robust. As within most small companies, this role will cover a broad array of responsibilities.
