Key Responsibilities: - Create, update, and maintain assembly instructions, build records, and related manufacturing documentation
- Author and support software validation protocols and associated technical documents as required
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation to support device testing by cross-functional test teams
- Manually assemble medical devices per approved instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and communicate findings clearly to engineering and quality teams
- Provide on-site support within the Cincinnati region and travel to a supplier site near Dayton (within ~50 miles) as needed
- Support electromechanical and/or electrical laboratory activities on an as-needed basis
Qualifications: - Prior experience with medical devices or regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and traceability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working fully on-site and traveling locally as required
Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000 a year
