Job description

Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
  • SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central(EC) and Time Management is mandatory
  • Implementation and support experience in Employee Central and Time off
  • Understanding of Employee Central, Role Based Permissions (RBPs), Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
  • Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors EC including business rules, workflows.

Good-to-Have
  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
  • Knowledge in integration of EC with ECP
  • Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
  • Good understanding of Integration Center

Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
