TCN is seeking an innovative and driven individual to join our team as a Business Data Analyst. As a key player in shaping the future of our BI offerings, youโ€™ll help drive excellence in data strategy, product innovation, and client success. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about data insights, analytics, and visualization tools to contribute significantly to TCNโ€™s growth.
Role Overview:
As a Business Data Analyst working with TCNโ€™s Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will help ensure the quality and functionality of TCNโ€™s BI tools and features. Working under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Revenue Enhancement and Product, you will assist clients in understanding their needs, providing data analysis, and offering consultation. Your role will involve developing user-friendly dashboards and best practice recommendations that enhance the effectiveness of TCNโ€™s services. In this capacity, you will support BI revenue growth and contribute to the ongoing development of TCNโ€™s BI product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

  • QA and Product Release Monitoring: Play a crucial role in quality assurance testing for all BI features and product releases, ensuring the highest standards for functionality, reliability, and user experience.
  • Documentation and Training: Help create detailed documentation and training materials to support internal teams and clients using TCNโ€™s BI tools.
  • Insight Development: Create actionable insights and dashboards that follow best practices, delivering rapid value with minimal effort required for configuration or personalization. These solutions will highlight key metrics and trends across TCN services, enabling clients to make informed, data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently.
  • Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their business challenges, identify applicable datasets for analysis, and develop custom BI solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Revenue Growth and Client Engagement: Actively contribute to growing TCNโ€™s BI revenue and expanding the client base by showcasing the value of our BI tools and services in optimizing call center operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in BI, data analysis, call center customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with relational databases, data visualization tools, and BI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, data mining, and pattern recognition.
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles, providing insights, solutions, and consultations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitud
