What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support technicians in daily maintenance operations
  • Perform and oversee Turboprop powered aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Part 145 requirements, and TAS quality standards
  • Coordinate workflow, job assignments, and scheduling to maintain efficiency and safety
  • Assists in communicating with customers as needed regarding status updates, findings, and expectations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper return‑to‑service procedures
  • Mentor technicians, support training and development, and foster a positive, high‑performance team culture
  • Assist with problem‑solving, technical guidance, and escalated maintenance decisions
  • Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • A&P Certification
  • 3+ years of turboprop powered aircraft experience
  • Willingness to relocate to Lima, OH
  • Strong alignment with TAS Core Values

Preferred:

  • 5+ years turboprop engine experience
  • Team leadership or crew management experience
  • Experience working in a Part 145 repair station

Bonus Skills:

  • Cessna Conquest, Daher TBM, Pilatus PC12and/or Beechcraft King Air or similar, airframe maintenance experience
  • Twin Cessna piston airframe/engine experience
  • Turboprop Hot Section Inspection experience
  • Customer interaction or service experience
